Fire Regulations
With the introduction of fire prevention legislation, the latest being The Fire Safety Act 2021, the law is taking a bigger interest in how various types of buildings are managed and the standards of the physical building with increasing responsibilities being placed on property owners. The aim of the legislation is to keep those inside the property safe.

In the unfortunate instance of a fire, the responsible person will have to deal the loss of business and or the loss of living space, your area fire brigade safety department, the HSE should anyone have been injured or worse and the Insurers for the property who are taking an increasing interest in the property’s fire precautions in such an event.
